ALL of our Elite Pickleball Trip packages require a minimum deposit. This deposit is $1,000 for Individual packages and $2,000 for Couples/Shared packages. All deposits are used to hold rooms at the resort for our Campers. If the deposit is not made we CANNOT hold your spot.


Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is as follows:


FOR DEPOSITS

Campers who have only made a deposit will receive and need to finalize the remaining invoice 45 days prior to their upcoming trip.

Cancellation 90 Days or More from the Trip: 50% Refund of the deposit amount

Cancellation 61-89 Days from the Trip: No Refund will be given


FOR PAYMENTS IN FULL

Cancellation 46-60 Days from the Trip: 50% Refund of the total trip amount

Cancellation within 45 Days of the Trip: No Refund will be given
